How to put on Tefillin tutorial 🎥

Among the 613 commandments given to the Jewish people at Mount Sinai over 3,300 years ago is the mitzvah of tefillin. Tefillin are small black leather boxes containing sacred Torah passages that Jewish men place on their arm and head each weekday, following a tradition that stretches back to Moses himself. The arm tefillin is placed near the heart and the head tefillin above the mind, symbolizing the commitment to align our feelings, thoughts, and actions with our highest Jewish values and our connection to G-d. For just a few minutes each day, tefillin creates space to focus on who you are, what you stand for, and the bigger purpose behind your daily life. The tefillin connect us to our fellow Jews in Israel, to the thousands of Israeli soldiers defending our Holy Land who wrap up with Teflilin every morning, and to generations past. Think of it as the original wearable technology. except instead of connecting you to Wi-Fi, it connects you to your soul, your heritage, and something infinitely greater than yourself.
