Friends, you are welcome – to our web site, our church, our community, and our hearts. Christ Church is an inclusive community which gathers around the living presence of Jesus Christ in Word and Sacrament, in feast and in song, and celebrates the goodness of God in the diversity of the people God has created. We come from many cultures and nations and local communities to worship and to serve our

Risen Lord, and to open our lives and our hearts to God’s presence and to one another. We welcome each person as a beloved child of God, and respect God’s presence within them, even as we strive to grow together into greater faithfulness and dedication to God. We have a rich tradition of fine liturgy, grounded in the beauty and spiritual depth of the Book of Common Prayer of the Episcopal Church (of which we are a part) and enriched by music which draws from the best of the Classical and African-American heritages, and from other cultures. Our worship is traditional, yet warm and un-stuffy. Children are welcome at all services, or else may stay in the nursery or participate in our Church School. Our communal life is nourished by regular celebration of the Eucharist (also known as the Mass or the Lord’s Supper), in which we receive grace and healing which frees us to love God more deeply, and to love one another in God’s name. We bring God’s love to the world, and particularly to the poor, through our outreach ministries, and we gratefully enjoy God’s gifts to us in our communal celebrations. We hope that you will join us in person and will be nourished and stimulated by exploring our web site: it is our gift to you.
