WEO Ministries WEO Ministries is World Evangelistic Outreach Ministries. Founder/Director Dr. Dave Arnold. WEO has spent the last 18 years working in Sierra Leone, West Africa.

World Evangelistic Outreach Ministries plants churches and builds schools. Under WEO’s
leadership churches built in Romania, Haiti, and
both East and West Africa. Currently, WEO has built 16 churches and 18 schools with more than 4,000 children learning
to read and write, but most of all learning about Christ, resulting in many coming to know Him
as savior.
