Behind the Scenes at Fox Valley Community Table!
Every second Tuesday, St. Mark’s volunteers prepare and serve a meal at the Fox Valley Community Table. But there’s an important job happening behind the scenes—Alan, our tray washer!
While others are serving, Alan keeps the trays clean and ready to go, helping the meal service run smoothly.
Thank you, Alan, for doing an important job that often goes unnoticed! Every role matters!

St. Mark’s Lutheran Church is honored to host “Why We Record: Defying Fragmentation and Erasure in Palestine,” an exhibit created by the American Friends Service Committee and Visualizing Palestine and presented by our Racial Equity Ministry Team.

Through powerful photographs, visual storytelling, and personal stories, this exhibit invites us to learn more about the history and experiences of the Palestinian people – and to reflect on what it means to witness, remember, and work toward a future without oppression.
Saturday, October 3 from 10 AM – 2 PM
Sunday, October 4 from 11:30 AM – 2 PM

Whether you know a lot about Palestine or very little, you are welcome. Come spend some time with the exhibit, explore the stories, and perhaps see the history through a new lens. An exhibit guide will be available to assist with your experience.

DON’T FORGET — GOD’S WORK. OUR HANDS. IS THIS SUNDAY!

This Sunday, September 13, following worship, we’ll come together for God’s Work. Our Hands. Sunday!

There are several ways to serve, with opportunities for all ages to make a difference in our community—from thanking tornado utility workers and encouraging neighbors affected by the tornado to painting rocks and helping at Linwood Community.

Everyone is encouraged to participate - come and lend your hands!

Prior sign-up is not required, but it is very helpful for us as we plan and prepare lunch.
If you haven't signed up and plan on participating, please let the church office know.

Come lend your hands, share God’s love, and enjoy a time of fellowship and service together!

Worship in God’s Creation

What a beautiful morning to gather together in God’s creation for worship, fellowship, and community! Today’s outdoor worship service was held at Gloria Dei and hosted by Gloria Dei, Our Savior’s, St. Mark’s, and St. Paul, bringing our congregations together to celebrate God’s goodness and the beauty of creation.

A special thank-you to all of the pastors, Vicar Alan, and those representing East Central Synod of Wisconsin - ELCA for helping make this meaningful service possible. And thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the morning so special!

As we worshiped in God’s creation, we also had the opportunity to care for it. Today’s special loose offering will go toward planting trees in our area recently affected by the tornado, helping restore the landscape and bring new life to the communities that have experienced loss.

What a wonderful reminder that we are called not only to worship God’s creation, but also to care for it and for one another.

You’re Invited to the 2026 Neenah-Menasha InterTribal Pow Wow!

The St. Mark’s Racial Equity Team encourages everyone in our St. Mark’s community to attend the 2026 Neenah-Menasha InterTribal Pow Wow on Saturday, September 12, from 2:00–6:00 PM.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn, experience Indigenous culture, celebrate community, and build relationships with our Native neighbors right here in our community.

As we seek to grow in understanding and respect for the history, cultures, and experiences of Indigenous peoples, we hope you’ll take the opportunity to attend this special event.
