My Sister’s Keeper (MSK) Community - a weekly support and mentoring group for teen girls ages 13-18. Discussion topics include Character Building, Goal Setting, Abstinence, Financial Empowerment, Body Image, and Mental and Physical Well-Being. MSK- Collegiate – an on-campus student organization established in 2002, which provides support and a skill-building network for yo
ung women in undergraduate or graduate colleges and universities. MSK-Keepers of The Heart Abstinence Education Program is offered through a grant from the State of TN Department of Health. The Keepers of the Heart (KOTH) program focuses on two main components:
►creating a structured support group for girls to learn about themselves, life changes and transitions, while offering support to one another,
►conducting life skill workshops about topics on the risk of premarital s*x, HIV/AIDS, refusal skills,and making healthy choices. FIHI Summer Camp for Girls -, Camp FIHI is a one week interactive summer day camp for girls ages 10-14 that promotes adventure, team building, character, creativity and confidence. Thrust Thursdays 101 - a series of workshops designed to help women gain valuable knowledge and skills that can be applied to improve the status of their everyday life. International Women’s Conference -designed to empower women to be healthy and productive by applying Christian principles to everyday living and celebrate the talent, diversity and strength of women. The conference draws women from across the nation and internationally, and features world-renowned speakers and recording artists. Dance Your Way to Health
