Webbers Falls, Oklahoma (Muskogee Baptist Association)

First Baptist Church Webbers Falls, a Southern Baptist congregation in the Muskogee Baptist Association, is seeking a godly, Bible-centered individual to serve as our Youth Director / Youth Minister. Our desire is to find someone who has a genuine love for Jesus Christ, a passion for discipling students, and a commitment to the authority and teaching of God’s Word. The church is located in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma and is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention.

Primary Responsibilities
• Lead and disciple middle school and high school students.
• Teach and communicate the Bible faithfully and effectively.
• Develop and coordinate youth activities, Bible studies, mission opportunities, camps, and outreach events.
• Build meaningful relationships with students and their families.
• Encourage students to grow in their relationship with Christ and become active members of the local church.
• Work alongside the pastor and church leadership to support the overall ministry of the church.
Qualifications
• A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a growing personal walk with Him.
• A serious student of the Bible who believes and teaches Scripture faithfully.
• Agreement with Southern Baptist doctrine and the Baptist Faith and Message.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with and disciple students.
• Strong character, integrity, and leadership skills.
• Previous ministry experience is preferred but not required.

• Loves God’s Word and God’s people.
• Teachable spirit and servant’s heart.
• Passion for evangelism and discipleship.
• Ability to lead students toward spiritual maturity.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
