We had such a beautiful time at retreat this weekend. FBC is blessed to have so many wonderful, God-loving women and we don’t always get to just sit with each other and share life. This weekend was a treat - we got to hear from 5 of our ladies about walking through various seasons or trials that are common in life. We had fun, we laughed, we cried and we sang along with Lauren Dearman as she led us in worship. It was beautiful!

Tonight is the first session!!

I thought we should do an impromptu meal tonight instead of just snacks so....I bought lasagna and chicken alfredo, salad, garlic toast, and cupcakes!! Come hungry and come early! =)

We are soooo blessed to have Teresa Gandara traveling in to lead us in this fresh, new study she has just written! Come here what the Lord has to say to you! =)

Friends, it’s time for our 4th annual Women’s Worship Night! Bring your friends, neighbors and sister!!! Alyson Madewell helps lead worship at Muskogee First Assembly and is coming to FBC to lead us this year! She has a beautiful, powerful voice and a tender love for the Lord - it’s going to be a worshipful night!

And we’ll have snacks! 😉😍

We had a beautiful evening last night, hearing about the impactful, life-changing work of OBHC through Melissa & Kacie, worshipping with Allyssa, Kaylee and Lacey, and enjoying some yummy Harmony House cupcakes!

Have you met Melissa before? She is just a bundle of sunshine with the most gorgeous curly hair! She loves Jesus so well and pours so much love into the children of Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children! Melissa is our keynote speaker next Sunday and she’s excited to come meet the women of FBC Muskogee!

OBHC is thrilled to announce Melissa Litke will become Campus Director at Baptist Children's Home, Owasso!
Melissa has 18 years of houseparent experience and spent several years working within OBHC's Children’s Hope program as a Family Advisor, then Intake Coordinator. Melissa also served as Director for a children’s home in Mississippi for eight years. Melissa and her husband, Robert, have been blessed to be able to demonstrate the great love of Christ as foster parents and adoptive parents. Join OBHC in welcoming Melissa and Robert to the Owasso campus!

Last night was such a fun little game night - thank you to everyone that was able to come out for our annual Bunco night! We had (Shelby & Ross Produce) watermelons & cantaloupe and ice cream sundaes with all the toppings! 😋😋 And, we got to sing Happy Birthday to our birthday girl, Claudia! We had some winners and some losers and lots of laughter. It was good. 🫶 Love you all!
