Knowing about Jesus isn’t the same as following Him.

You can quote Scripture, attend church, and say all the right things. But none of that can replace a genuine relationship with Jesus.

In Matthew 7:21–23, Jesus gives us a sobering reminder. Faith isn’t just about what we say or what we know. It’s about a heart surrendered to Him.

The invitation is personal. Jesus calls us to trust Him, walk with Him, and live for Him.

So here’s the question: Do you truly know Jesus, or just know about Him?

This week, we’re switching things up.

Which Gospel is your favorite, and WHY?

For Daniel, it started with Matthew. The Sermon on the Mount in chapters 5–7 really spoke to him.

But lately, it’s been John. The words of Jesus have been hitting differently as Daniel continues growing in his faith.

Four different accounts, all pointing us to the same Savior.

“These are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God.”
John 20:31

It is easy to get distracted.

By people.
By pressure.
By comparison.
By everything happening around you.

But where you look matters.

Keep your eyes on Jesus.

When your eyes are on Him, the noise does not get the final word.

“Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.”
Hebrews 12:2

Not the crowd.
Not the world.
Not yourself.

Jesus.

JESUS IS THE TRUTH.

“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).

He went to the cross for our sin. He rose from the grave. He calls us to follow Him.

Build your life on Jesus. Let His Word shape what you believe and how you live.

Open your Bible. Start in John.

It’s all about Jesus.

From the outside, everything can look fine.

But underneath, there can be hurt, sin, struggle, and brokenness nobody else sees.

Jesus sees it all.

Even the things you are ashamed of.

And He still loves you.

You do not have to hide from the One who already knows the truth.

Jesus came for broken sinners. He took our sin to the cross, rose again, and offers forgiveness and new life to everyone who turns to Him.

You do not have to clean yourself up before you come to Jesus.

Stop pretending.

Bring Him the truth.
Turn to Him.
Trust Him.

He already knows what is broken, and He is the One who can make you new.

“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

The first lap is always the hardest.

Big jumps. Deep ruts. Obstacles you’ve never faced before. Supercross can be intimidating when you’re just getting started.

And honestly, so can the Bible.

You open it up, read a few verses, and wonder if any of it makes sense.

But just like riding, you don’t have to figure it all out on day one.

Start small. Keep showing up. Keep learning.

The more time you spend in God’s Word, the more you’ll begin to understand who Jesus is and what He has done for you.

The hardest part is starting. So start today.

“The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple”!(Psalm 119:130).

The world calls winning victory.

The podium.
The trophy.
The result.

But Jesus redefined victory.

Sin defeated.
Death defeated.
The grave empty.

“Thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
1 Corinthians 15:57

Win or lose.
Podium or no podium.
The scoreboard does not get the final word.

Jesus does.

Jesus is the victory.
