Our fall Core Classes for adults and teenagers begin this Sunday at 10:10 am between our two worship services! Mark Gignilliat will teach “Worship in the Beauty of Holiness” in room 202, exploring the theology of worship in Leviticus and how it is fulfilled in Jesus. Andrew Russell will teach “Worship by the Book” in Room 200, exploring the Anglican vision for worship, the history of our Prayer Book, and the major liturgies that shape our common life. The Youth Core Class for teenagers will be walking through the book of Genesis this fall.

Kids Discipleship classes for K-2nd and 3rd-5th grades will meet during this time as well! Nursery care is available for children 6 mos. through 4 years. We hope you will join us!

This Sunday we are moving back to our two worship service schedule as the school year resumes! We will gather for worship at 8:30 and 11:00 am with our Core Class hour taking place in between at 10:10 am. This Sunday at 10:10, we will have our last St. Peter's Story with our newest staff member, Hila Grace Allman! Please join us for worship and at 10:10 to get to know Hila Grace.

Also remember that in light of the return to two services, we will be pausing our shuttle service to and from Mountain Brook Junior High School for the time being.

Due to all the rain this week and in the forecast for the weekend, we've made the decision to postpone our Foundation Blessing Ceremony at our new building site for one week. Mark your calendars for next Sunday, August 2 at 9:00 am! Weather permitting, we will gather at our new site for the ceremony at that time.
