Today is Homecoming Day at church but someday there is going to be a GREAT HOMECOMING DAY in Heaven!
So we have a question for you.
If that day was tomorrow, how would you spend today?
Would you make time for God today?
Something to think about.

Just a reminder tomorrow is Homecoming Day at Zion Road Baptist Church. The service will begin at 10 AM with the Foundation singing. 🎵 If you come at 11, you will miss most of the singing. We will have preaching after the singing, and then a dinner on the ground to follow.

We will be meeting for the evening service down by the river for baptism at 5 PM

What a wonderful evening we had at our Back to School Prayer & Fellowship! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out to support and encourage our students and teachers. Brother Cole shared an awesome devotion from Acts 3 & 4 on boldness and obedience such a needed reminder as they head into a new school year.

One of the sweetest parts of the evening was gathering around an old-fashioned altar with our students and teachers and praying over them. What a blessing to remind them that as they walk into their schools and classrooms, their church family is behind them and praying for them.

Afterwards, we shared a meal together and played a few games that required a little teamwork (ok, maybe a lot) and brought LOTS of laughs! 😂 So many good memories were made.

I just love my church family. ❤️ I’m thankful for a church that loves our young people, supports our teachers, prays together, eats together, laughs together, and simply enjoys being together.

Praying for a wonderful school year for each of our students and teachers! 🙏
