What an incredible way to conclude Burke Changers 2026!

Last night, El Bethel Baptist Church had the privilege of hosting the Burke Changers Celebration Service, bringing together students, leaders, churches, and community members to reflect on all that God has done this week throughout Burke County.

As we worshiped together, we were reminded that ministry is not just about projects completed—it is about lives impacted, relationships built, and the Gospel shared. Throughout Burke Changers, students and volunteers served their neighbors through home repairs, wheelchair ramps, community outreach, prayer, and countless acts of kindness, all while pointing people to Jesus.

We are grateful for every student, leader, volunteer, church partner, and homeowner who made this week possible. Thank you for allowing God to use your hands, your hearts, and your stories to make a difference right here in Burke County.

May the "wow moments" from this week continue to inspire us as we live out Christ's call to love our neighbors and serve our community.

Tonight we will begin our study through “Survival Kit: Five Keys to Spiritual Growth.” This is an excellent study for new believers and for others who need a refresher on the basics. I would love for all our church members to join us as this study is a great tool that will help all of us be Christ followers who help others follow Christ!
