ANNOUNCEMENTS:

*Wednesday, May 6th, 13th 20th & 27th, 2026: NOON DAY PRAYER 12:00 & Bible Study 6:30 - 7:30.

*May 1, 2026 - NAACP 2026 GOSPEL FESTIVAL will be held at Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, Newport, NC at 7:00PM. Please come and enjoy wonderful music and support their SCHOLARSHIP. ST. LUKE Choir will sing, and others.

* May 2, 2026 - ANNUAL USHERS SESSION at 10:00AM at the HEADQUARTERS BUILDING. Minister Renita Kirkman will preach.

*May 3, 2026 - DEACONS ANNIVERSARY at 3:00PM. Deacon David Walker will speak and Craven Corner Choir will sing. Please check with Sister GiGi Garner to donate food.

*May 9, 2026 - SENIOR SAINTS DAY at 10:00AM. 80 YEARS and OLDER SENIORS will be recognized. Pastor Cassandra Garner will preach.

* May 29th, 30th & 31st, 2026 CARTERET-CRAVEN UNION will be held at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. We will collect an offering for the Lady Agent (Sister Brenda Felton) each Sunday during the morning offering.

* June 13, 2026 - St. Luke’s FAMILY and FRIENDS DAY at Edgewater Motel 12:00 PM to 5:00PM. If you would like to be on the committee, please contact Dr. Al Norwood at (252) 622 - 6422. This is a time for family, friends in our communities to come together for a day of fun, games, food,music, and fellowship.

*June 14, 2026 - YOUTH DAY will be held at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church at 11:00AM. The youth who are graduating from their perspective schools will be honored during the morning service. At 3:00PM, Rev. Nikki Halterman, St. Paul Freewill Missionary Baptist Church, Jacksonville, North Carolina will preach.

* April 12, 2026: MOTHER’S BOARD ANNIVERSARY will be at 4:00PM. Rev. Carnell Barrow will preach and the Newport Community Choir will sing.

*April 18, 2026: ONE DAY SESSION of the NBEMBA at 10:00AM.

*April 18, 2026: Dr. Al Norwood & CRYSTAL COAST COMMUNITY CHOIR ANNIVERSARY will be 5:00PM. They will have different choirs to sing.

*April 20, 2026: WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP will meet at 6:00PM.

*April 21, 2026: REVIVAL - Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, Newport, NC at 7:00PM. St. Luke’s choir will sing.

*May 5-6, 2026: MID-YEAR SESSION 2026 of General Baptist State Convention will be held at the Riverfront Convention Center, New Bern, NC. Rev. Dr. D. C. Kirkman, Host Moderator, New Bern Eastern Missionary Baptist Association.
