Before you leave for the holiday weekend, sign up to attend Dinners for Nine! We have many hosts who would love to have you join them in their home, on their patio, and at their lake!

Dinners for Nine is a highlight of Salem's community! This is a low-risk opportunity to meet and connect with a small group of others from Salem over a meal. You may attend as a single person, with a friend or as a family. Groups of 9 gather for dinner and chat, each bringing their assigned food item.

Dinners for Nine ("plus" at some family sites) is a highlight of Salem's community, and, it's summer, so we're "amping up the fun" a few degrees! We are still in need of volunteers for our Bike Distribution with Ellen Hopkins on June 18th! This is so much more than just fixing and handing out bikes. It is such a fun community family night with yard games, activities, popcorn, and popsicles. Whether you want to help with one of those areas, helping kids pick out bikes, welcoming families, or even just helping with parking, we would love to have you join us!

It was a beautiful night last night for the distribution! Thank you to Great Plains Food Bank and the many volunteers that made it possible for us to love our neighbors. While last night was perfect, our volunteers have showed up in rain, blizzards, and subzero temps to make these happen!
