As part of our Lenten service series, we’re hosting a service project or event each week. All blankets made will be donated to local nonprofit organizations.
Hosted in collaboration with CMC, SGA, DEIC, and CEC. Come help us give back to our community!

This time is designed as space—space to breathe, to pray, and to gather in collective lament.

A space to name our worries and our fears.

It is a space to find community—and to be community.

You are welcome to stay for the entire vigil or to come and go as you need.

Each table offers simple practices. Do some of them...Do all of them...Do none of them. The choice is yours.

You are invited:
• to sing
• to light candles
• to breathe deeply
• to read poetry
• to dwell in scripture
• to pray
• to color
• to fidget
• to play with play-doh
• to share your laments and hopes on the banners

You may also choose to take action—
• send a message to your legislators
• make a donation to a nonprofit facing significant barriers to serving the community during this time.

Above all, this is a place to hold space together and to remember that we do not grieve or hope alone.
