Our Psalm for the 3 year lectionary this week is a penitential psalm of Confession and Absolution. God grants a verdict of not guilty because Christ’s blood covers us and cleanses us from all of our sin.

So I had a very special day today. I got to see my very first teacher I met on my very first visit 5 years ago. As soon as she walked in the room I couldn’t contain myself. My tail starting wagging and I got a little wiggly in the back half. I was sooooo excited. That saying that says once a friend always a friend held true for us today. Make someone smile today. Today I nailed it. Blessed!!!

Matthew 18 is the Gospel Lesson this week and Jesus teaches us a beautiful lesson - we can’t make ourselves great or save ourselves. We trust in Jesus, the Savior of the world.
