This baptism has been planned for several weeks… I don’t know exactly how the spirit world works but in my mind I feel like today went like this…

Satan asked Gods permission to sift Pete Giles and One Faith Fellowship like wheat. I think Satan said.. if you send a hurricane ,he won’t get baptized.. and if you turn the power off and flood the basement of OFF , they will close the doors of the church today… Well Satan, you were wrong! This man came out in bad conditions and got baptized anyway! And One Faith Fellowship members came out and supported this man’s new journey.

We pray that today is the beginning of something great starting in your life Pete. Jesus didn’t turn his back on the broken hearted and neither will we. I pray we always look at people through the eyes of Christ.

Today was also communion Sunday, pastor appreciation and some of the best home cooking this community has to offer. Thank you pastor Dwayne for making us the “Church Of 2nd Chances”. We love you!

We aren’t gonna let a little hurricane stop a baptism! Everything is still going on at OFF this morning. Satan wants us to put it off but Jesus said he is all we need.

Pastor appreciation, baptism and a potluck meal afterwards. We are gonna celebrate a new soul glorifying the new of Jesus, the pastor (and family) God has given us at One Faith Fellowship and the much needed rain we are receiving.

Service starts at 10:30am and everything else is immediately following normal service. If you’ve tried church and it just didn’t feel right… try One Faith Fellowship and watch God work. We are all misfits here! Come join us!

Someone else in our community has decided to follow Jesus. We will be having a baptism this Sunday October 11th immediately after or normal services which starts at 10:30am for anyone looking to join.

We will also be having our pastor appreciation the same day. Come out and join us for a potluck lunch.

There are a couple of other people who have mentioned getting baptized. If you have truly given your heart to the Lord and want to do this next act of obedience, come out Sunday and we can get it done. Bring a change of clothes and a towel, we will stay as long as needed for all that want to follow HIM.
