Oh, let us turn our thoughts today to Martin Luther King
And recognize that there are ties between us
All men and women, living on the earth
Ties of hope and love, sister and brotherhood

More than ever, this is a time to remember the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his vision for a beloved community. This Sunday at 10:30 a.m., we will gather at the Trinity United Methodist Church (on Main St. next to the library) to celebrate the life of Dr. King and think about what that means for us today. Listen as we ring the bell of freedom, calling us to come together.

We are very sorry that we experienced technical difficulties this morning and didn't have sound. It is very windy here and we are not sure if that had a part in the interruptions of the live stream. Again we are very sorry and want to wish everyone a Merry and safe Christmas.

Many, many thanks to everyone who donated for the gift and brought food, and helped clean up after the potluck for Kathy & Kevin Reed. We wish them safe travels to their dream home in FL. Thank goodness for social media, where we can still stay connected.

Starting this Sunday, June 15, 2025, the Trinity Church will be immersing ourselves in thinking about the meaning of love and our call to be a community of embrace. The Summer of Love will be looking at the five Greek words that are different descriptions of love as used in the Bible. Each week, we will explore a different perspective on love. So, put on your tie-dye, put a flower in your hair, and join us as we celebrate together the Summer of Love.
