🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day from FCC Kids! 🇺🇸

Today we’re thankful for the people who work hard to provide, serve, teach, protect, build, create, and care for our families and communities.

This Sunday we celebrate Promotion Sunday, where our kids and students move up up into their new classes for the school year! We’re praying this year that they would come to know Jesus, know they’re loved, and be rooted in God’s word. We also pray for every FCC Kids volunteer and family who helps teach the next generation what it means to love God, grow together, and serve others.

For our students who have entered middle school: Come to check in this Sunday for a Promotion Sunday gift! If you come to the 9 am service, you will stay in the sanctuary; if you come to the 11 am service, we have a class for 6th & 7th graders that meet downstairs in the Fellowship Hall (the room to the right of the kitchen—look for the balloons!). This class is led by Seth Bowman. For Sunday school, you will meet in the balcony with Van & Jane Phillips & Wednesday nights you will meet in the 1831 Theater for FCC Youth! Our FCC Babies that are 2, you will now meet in FCC Kids!

Family Sunday is tomorrow! Families will stay together in the sanctuary during the 9 am & 11 am service! FCC Babies will be open for both services for children under 2. FCC Kids will meet for Sunday school at 10 am!

This Sunday is FAMILY SUNDAY at FCC! Families will stay together to worship during the 9 am and 11 am service. FCC Kids will not be open. FCC Babies will be open for our friends under 2 years.

Back to School Prayer ❤️

We had an amazing time of prayer over all students & school staff this morning during our 9 am & 11 am service. We hope you have an amazing year & that you find ways to shine the Light & share the love of Jesus with everyone!

We have a lot of exciting things taking place in FCC Kids!

Most importantly—we’re back TONIGHT for midweek services! We can’t wait to start Wednesday nights back!

Beginning this Sunday, August 23rd, we will be kicking off a brand new Sunday school class for our 2 & 3 year old friends! They will meet in Room 2 of FCC Kids. This class is specifically geared towards our sweet friends coming from the nursery! Bethany Shearer will be leading this class at 10 am & she’s super excited to get started!

We’ve had the BEST summer, but it’s time to dust off those backpacks & head back to school! We will have a Back to School prayer in the sanctuary this Sunday for all students and staff of all our school districts!

September 6th will be Promotion Sunday for FCC Kids. Stayed tuned for more details on this special event!
