Let’s meet between 315 and 330 at the church for anyone that wants to help set up for the fall festival. I think we have all the food items covered .
if anybody wants to make an extra pot of chili or vegetable soup that might help crystal out as the flu Js hit her house So she may not feel like making chili.

Just a reminder we will be meeting Saturday October 15, @ 10 am to help clean and get the church ready for homecoming! If you can come out and help we would appreciate it!

As you know we are looking for a pastor. With that being said, once we have that position filled we thought it would be nice to have a “welcome”dinner for the pastor and his family .

Respectively we have a vote scheduled for August 7th. If this vote results in us getting a Pastor we would like to have this dinner the following Sunday morning Aug 14th. after the AM service.
Please bring a couple of side dishes and a dessert to share with the New family members.
Sandy Riddle will have a sign up sheet ready to go.

Hey Ladies, just wanted to create a page just for the ladies of the church to post information that may not pertain to the 500+ Meadow Creek Baptist Church page followers 🤣.so feel free to post information that needs to be shared among those attending our church.

We will meet tomorrow Saturday, July 9 @ 10am at the church for VBS cleaning and getting rooms ready for this exciting week!
