Serving isn’t just something we do. It’s part of who God created us to be.

For Malia Shellabarger, saying yes to serving has meant opportunities to worship, build meaningful relationships, invest in others, and experience Christian community in a deeper way.

That’s what happens when we move from simply attending church to being part of the Church.

God has given you a unique story and a unique SHAPE for a reason. The question is: Where might He be inviting you to use it?

From spectator → servant.
From consumer → contributor.
From bystander → builder.

You never have to wonder if God has time for you.

He does! ❤️

Last night we were reminded that the God who spoke the universe into existence knows your name, hears your voice, and cares about what is happening in your heart.

Your prayers don’t have to be polished.
Your emotions don’t have to be cleaned up.
Your questions don’t have to be resolved.

If it’s raw but real, bring it to Him.

What a beautiful Night of Worship, singing together, praying together, kids growing in their faith, and simply enjoying being together as a church family.

There is power in the mighty name of Jesus.

When fear rises, when circumstances feel overwhelming, when the enemy whispers that you should give up, we can stand confidently in the One who has already won the victory.

We’ve been rescued by grace, made alive in Christ, and given a purpose bigger than ourselves. So we don’t have to live afraid. We can worship. We can serve. We can step boldly into what God has called us to do.

It’s time to trade your ticket for a towel.

Following Jesus was never meant to be a spectator sport. We aren’t passengers waiting to be served, we’re people who have been rescued by grace, given a purpose, and called to serve.

Jesus Himself took the posture of a servant. And if we want to follow His way, we have to be willing to do the same.

You have gifts. You have something to contribute. You have a place in what God is doing.

You weren’t just saved FROM something. You were saved FOR something.

It’s time to step off the sidelines.

We worship together. We learn together. We come to the table together. We pour into the next generation. We serve one another. And somewhere along the way, God uses each of us to build His Church.

Today in our Real Purpose series, we were reminded that we are saved by grace, and saved to serve. We don’t serve to earn God’s love or salvation. We serve because we’ve already received it.

Church was never meant to be a spectator sport.

We worship together. We learn together. We come to the table together. We pour into the next generation. We serve one another. And somewhere along the way, God uses each of us to build His Church.

You don’t need more time. You don’t need more talent. You just need to be willing.

5:20 AM alarm. Getting ready. Family. Baby on the way. Driving to church before 7. Rehearsal. Two services. Community. Worship. And somewhere in the middle of it all, getting filled up while pouring out.

Serving doesn’t require having an empty calendar or having it all together. God has uniquely gifted each of us, and those gifts were never meant to stay on the sidelines.

You were built for purpose and positioned for impact.

Tomorrow, we’re talking about what it means to be Saved to Serve and how God can use your gifts to make a difference.

Our sin was great. His love was greater.

That’s the Gospel.

God didn’t wait for us to earn His love or somehow make ourselves worthy of it. He gave first. He gave us Jesus, and through Him we have grace, forgiveness, hope, and a love that nothing can separate us from.

What a beautiful Name.
What a wonderful Name.
What a powerful Name.

Fear says, “What if I don’t have enough?” Faith says, “God is my provider.” 🙌🏽

It’s easy to get caught in a scarcity mindset, to hold tightly to what we have because we don’t know what tomorrow will bring.

But Jesus reminds us that our Heavenly Father already knows what we need.

We may not know what tomorrow holds, but we know the One who holds tomorrow.

Generosity isn’t simply about money. It’s an act of faith that says, “God, I trust You more than I trust what I can hold onto.”

Fear closes our hands. Faith opens them.
