The Church joyfully awaits the next step in honoring Fulton J. Sheen, whose life and witness continue to inspire a deeper response to God’s invitation.

📣 The Holy See is expected to announce a 2026 date for the beatification of Archbishop Fulton Sheen.

Venerable Fulton Sheen reminded the Church that vocations are often discovered in quiet faithfulness and attentive listening.

As we look ahead with hope, may his legacy encourage generous hearts to respond with trust, courage, and love.

As we conclude National Vocations Awareness week, may our prayers for vocations remain steadfast. Let us faithfully pray for the vocations of our children, youth and every member of our faith community.

LORD, JESUS,
we ask you
to send more servants to your people.
Choose from our parishes,
from our homes,
from our schools and colleges,
an abundant harvest
of apostles for your Kingdom: priests,
sisters, brothers, deacons and lay ministers.
We pray that those you call
may never lose awareness of the
dignity and need of their vocation.
O Virgin Mary,
Mother of the Church,
teach to all those the Master calls
to say a joyful "yes"
as you did at the Annunciation
Amen.

Today, we celebrate the countless saints—known and unknown—who have paved the way for us in faith. All Saints’ Day is a reminder that sainthood isn’t reserved for a few but is a calling for us all. Whether they lived quietly or heroically, these men and women shared one thing in common: a deep love for Christ and a commitment to follow Him, no matter the cost.

Let’s draw inspiration from their lives and ask for their intercession, knowing we are all invited to become saints in our everyday lives. May we, too, answer this call with joy and courage!
