The Yorktown City Council will hold a public hearing on June 16th at 7:30 PM to address the issue of Affordable Housing Set-asides. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing, either to address the Council or to lend your support.

On this Memorial Day, let us be ever mindful of the high cost of war as we honor the dedication and courage of military service members and their families. I offer my deep gratitude to all who have served and are currently serving in all branches of the military.

As Unitarian Universalists work and witness for peace and justice in ourselves and in our wider world, may we continue to recognize and uplift the humanity of military service members and their families. On this day and in all the days, may you know that you are loved and not forgotten.
