We are collaborating with Bethany Lutheran this year for VBS. VBS will be held May 26th - May 28th (Tuesday - Thursday) from 9am to 12pm for ages 4 through those just completing 4th grade. Come join us for a colorful adventure exploring the nature of God in Rainforest Falls.

They are also looking for "some extra help from our crafty congregation members to help us with our Rainforest Falls decorations! I have posted some of the decorations that we are in need of this year to turn our church into a Rainforest Falls (Jungle theme). Please help us with picking one or more from the pictures below. We will need several of the vines, leave/flower bunches, snakes and frogs. We will need these completed by May 24th. If you have any stuffed animals that are Jungle themed we would be happy to borrow them as decorations."

On this Mother’s Day, we will honor the unyielding love, compassion, strength, and care we call “motherhood” wherever we have encountered it and however it has been nurtured within us. We will celebrate not only mothers, but all the women who have guided, encouraged, protected, taught, prayed for, and loved us along the way. May we give thanks for every expression of motherly love that has shaped our lives and our communities. This Sunday any woman who attends will receive a flower to show our appreciation for you and what you have added to our lives and our community.
