This informal and quick meeting will serve as a quick overview of what teaching during Wednesday night church club looks like for new and interested teachers. This is also a good time to offer up any suggestions on how to better our Church Club or just to throw some new ideas into the mix!
Of course, like every year, we are still searching for and welcoming new teachers. Our goal in the past has been to build teams of 3-4 adults (or High schoolers) per grade level to collaborate together to serve a specific age group. This way, we are able to work with the same group of kids and get to know them on a deeper level.
If you have never taught during our Wednesday night church club, most everything is laid out and there is minimal preparation. Every week we, as teachers, walk away with something new as well, not to mention getting to know all your kids and helping them grow in their relationship with Christ.
