If you struggle with anxiety, constant worry, negative thought patterns, or feelings of guilt and rejection, this group offers a safe, supportive place to learn practical, biblical tools that lead to a transformed and peaceful life. We will have a CW counselor step in for one of the sessions to answer questions and provide additional support.

If you struggle with anxiety, constant worry, negative thought patterns, or feelings of guilt and rejection, this group offers a safe, supportive place to learn practical, biblical tools that lead to a transformed and peaceful life. We will have a CW counselor step in for one of the sessions to answer questions and provide additional support.

We will be using Max Lucado’s Book and study Tame Your thoughts. Here is a trailer of the video series.

FORMAT: In-person meetings (6 week Care Group)
LOCATION: North Shore Campus; Room 301
TIME: Every Sunday @ 8:45am beginning July 12th
