WHEN THE APOSTLE AND THE PROPHET LOCK IN TOGETHER… THE ENEMY DOES NOT STAND A CHANCE!!!
Ephesians 2:20 tells us the church is built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Jesus Christ himself as the chief cornerstone. This is not just a positional statement. It is an architectural blueprint for how Kingdom advance actually works.
These two anointings were never meant to operate in isolation. When they align, they form what I call a STRONG SPEARHEAD… a concentrated point of spiritual force that strikes at the enemy’s kingdom in territories and people groups with precision and power.
But here is what most people miss. They are not doing the same thing. They are doing complementary things.
The apostle sees the plan and the strategy. The prophet receives the heart and secret counsel of the Lord. The apostle discovers the divine mandate for a people and a place and activates the people to build. The prophet receives the prayer burden for that same people and place and imparts it to intercessors who go to war in the spirit!!!
Look at how perfectly they fit together…
1. The apostle leads teams, hubs and coalitions to fulfill the mandate. The prophet releases a sensitivity to Shamar… to guard and watch over the vision so the enemy cannot erode what God is building.
2. The apostle charges the people to RISE AND BUILD. The prophet sounds the alarm when hidden enemies come to destroy.
3. The apostle releases the vision and strategy of the Lord to the people. The prophet releases the heart of the Lord to the people.
4. The apostle is ready to run, war and govern. The prophet wants to linger and abide in his presence… and out of that lingering they bring back intelligence from heaven that the apostolic team needs to build effectively.
They do not give place to competing… Instead, they serve the body of Christ completing!!! And they don’t discard the other ministry gifts. They recognize it’s about the family of God fulfilling the plan of God together. 
Now add the teacher who brings the Word with clarity and depth… and you have a three fold power team that brings the body up to another level. Then the pastor comes to feed and lead what has been built. Then the evangelist comes to win the lost and raise up radical soul winners.
This is not just church structure. This is divine architecture.
When these anointings find each other, honor each other and actually build together… territories shift. People groups get reached. The enemy loses ground he thought was secured.
We need the whole team. And we need them aligned.
