Welp God Did It! ❤️ 14 YEARS OF COVENANT ❤️

August 31, 2026 marks 14 years of marriage 14 years of loving, learning, growing, praying, forgiving, building, and standing together.

Marriage isn’t about having a perfect journey. It’s about two people continuing to choose God, covenant, love, and one another through every season.

We’ve had many mountains to climb, prayers to pray, lessons to learn, victories to celebrate, and moments that required us to hold on to God and each other a little tighter then before.

And through it ALL… GOD HAS BEEN FAITHFUL.

After 14 years, we can still stand together and say:

“What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.” — Mark 10:9

Happy 14th Anniversary to us! 🥂💍

Hey Hey Hey
SERVING THROUGH LOVE hits different.

Serving through love means you don’t only show up for people who can do something for you.

It means you don’t need your name announced every time you help somebody.

It means you can celebrate somebody else’s blessing without wondering, “When is it going to be my turn?”

It means you can help somebody who may never have the ability to repay you.

📖 Galatians 5:13 says, “By love serve one another.”

That’s the assignment right there.

❤️ LOVE SERVES WITHOUT KEEPING SCORE.

Real love doesn’t say:

“After everything I’ve done for you…”

every time somebody disappoints you.

If you gave from your heart, don’t turn yesterday’s gift into tomorrow’s weapon.

📖 1 Corinthians 13:5 reminds us that love “seeketh not her own.”

🔥 SERVING THROUGH LOVE ALSO MEANS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE WHEN NOBODY IMPORTANT IS WATCHING.

How do you treat the person cleaning the room?

The person driving the bus?

The person struggling financially?

The elderly?

The child who needs extra patience?

The person who can’t open a door for you?

Jesus said in Matthew 25:40, “Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these… ye have done it unto me.”

WHEW! 🔥

Baby, you might be looking for Jesus in the pulpit while He’s watching how you treat somebody in the parking lot!

🔥 NOW COME ON…Serving through love means:

I don’t need a camera every time I give somebody something.

I don’t need everybody to know I helped you.

I don’t have to remind you that I was there when nobody else was.

And baby, PLEASE hear this one:

I DON’T GET TO MISTREAT PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE I’M TIRED OF SERVING!

If you’re exhausted, REST.

If you’re overwhelmed, ASK FOR HELP.

If you need boundaries, SET THEM.

But don’t serve people with your hands while punishing them with your attitude.

Whew! 🔥🔥🔥

You handed them the plate…

BUT DID YOU SERVE LOVE WITH IT?

You gave them the ride…

BUT DID YOU COMPLAIN THE WHOLE WAY?

You helped them financially…

BUT DID YOU TELL EVERYBODY THEIR BUSINESS AFTERWARD?

You opened the door…

BUT DID YOU MAKE THEM FEEL SMALL FOR NEEDING YOU?

Because sometimes the greatest gift isn’t WHAT you gave.

It’s how you made somebody feel while you were giving it.
That Part

📖 1 Corinthians 13:3 even teaches that a person can give away everything and still be missing love.

🔥 THAT’LL PREACH!

So here’s today’s heart check:

Don’t just ask, “Am I serving?”

Ask:

“Can people FEEL LOVE when I serve them?”

Because serving through love isn’t about titles.

It’s not about applause.

It’s not about being seen.

It’s about somebody walking away from an encounter with you feeling a little more valued, a little more respected, and a little less alone.

❤️ SERVE WITH YOUR HANDS.
❤️ SERVE WITH YOUR WORDS.
❤️ SERVE WITH YOUR ATTITUDE.
❤️ SERVE WITH YOUR HEART.

And when nobody says thank you?

KEEP YOUR HEART RIGHT ANYWAY.

That’s not weakness, baby.

THAT’S LOVE WITH WORK CLOTHES ON. 🔥❤️
