HELP SUPPORT LOCAL FAMILIES BY GIVING TO THE FAMILY AND CHILDREN SERVICES SCHOLARSHIP FUND!

Family and Children Services' scholarship fund ensures that no one is ever turned away from getting the care they need. Many people are facing financial hardship, lack of insurance coverage, inability to pay deductibles and copays, etc. FCS use the scholarship funds to cover the costs of counseling sessions for anyone that demonstrates a financial need. Many of the individuals and families FCS helps fall in the ALICE population; they are working and make too much to receive assistance, but don’t have funds to spend on anything extra (and unfortunately, mental health services fall under that “extra” category for many). Hundreds of clients that use the scholarship fund would have nowhere else to go if it weren’t for Family & Children’s Services. They really do serve as a safety net for so many people, as they are the only organization that won’t turn anyone away, regardless of ability to pay or insurance coverage.
