Join us for our annual Labor Day weekend outdoor service of worship Sunday, September 6, 2026.

The theme of the service will be "Blessed to Be a Blessing"-- God gives each of us gifts, talents, and work--not simply to earn a living, but to bless others.

NEW SIGNAGE ALERT!

The Accessibility & Inclusion Team is excited to see the completion of our exterior sign project, with signage now at our two main entrances. Visitors will no longer have to wonder which door leads to events in Fellowship Hall and the offices. Thanks to Janet Danek and Craig McDonald for their design work and to Scott Mellen for painting the backgrounds in “UCC purple.”

Youth descend on nation’s capital for week-long immersion program

Youth from across the United Church of Christ gathered in Washington, D.C. the week of June 14 for an inaugural program aimed to equip them with the skills and confidence to faithfully advocate on issues they care about most. Seventeen high schoolers or recent graduates were a part of this inaugural program, which began by exploring UCC history and the biblical roots of its justice work. This was followed by discussion of Hill advocacy strategies, all led by the D.C. office staff. They also had meetings with some of their elected members of Congress.

“In the UCC, we believe our faith must not only be shared from the pulpit but also proclaimed boldly in the public square,” said the Rev. Michael Neuroth, director of the Office of Public Policy and Advocacy.
