From clay to connection, our Map of Israel Project has officially come to life 💙🤍

Throughout the 2025–2026 (5786) school year, the students of the Hebrew School at Temple Emanu-El worked together to create this beautiful collaborative map of Israel — learning about its geography, culture, history, flora, fauna, and people one piece at a time.

Each clay tile represents not only a region of Israel, but also the creativity, curiosity, and heart of our students. Watching every individual piece come together into one united map was truly meaningful and inspiring.

A special thank you to Clay with Love for partnering with us on this unforgettable educational and artistic journey.

Our Hebrew School offers a warm and engaging space where children can explore their Jewish identity, build lifelong friendships, learn Hebrew, and connect deeply with our shared traditions through hands-on activities, community service, and creative projects.

We invite you to a special Shavuot experience featuring an incredible lineup of 7 rabbis and teachers sharing their wisdom and unique perspectives.

We look forward to staying up late and learning together as one community!
