🌟 Welcome to Memorial Baptist Church!

This Sunday, we continue our ā€œRevival in Your Familyā€ series with a message about something every family needs—the turning of hearts back toward God and toward one another. Because sometimes the greatest distance in a family isn’t measured in miles…it’s measured in the heart.

šŸŽ™ļø This Week’s Sermon: ā€œTurning Hearts Toward Homeā€

Pastor Dan will be preaching from Malachi 4:5–6 & Luke 1:16–17. These passages remind us that before God restores relationships, He first turns hearts back to Himself. Revival begins with repentance—and when God changes a heart, He can begin healing a home.

šŸŽ¶ Worship With Us

Our worship band, led this week by Michael Blankenship, will lead us in All Because of Jesus, House of the Lord, I Speak Jesus, and Gratitude. Come ready to worship and celebrate the God who still changes hearts!

šŸ”„ Why It Matters

Families can live under the same roof and still be miles apart. But no heart is too hard, no relationship is too broken, and no distance is too great for God to begin bringing people back together.

🌟 Welcome to Memorial Baptist Church!

This Sunday, we launch our brand-new series, ā€œRevival in Your Family.ā€ We all want to see God move in our homes, our children, and the generations that follow us—but revival has to begin somewhere. It starts with me.

šŸŽ™ļø This Week’s Sermon: ā€œIt Starts With Meā€

Pastor Dan will be preaching from Deuteronomy 6:1–9, where Moses calls God’s people to love the Lord wholeheartedly and intentionally pass their faith to the next generation. Before we can lead our families toward Jesus, our own hearts must first belong completely to Him. We can’t pass down a faith we aren’t personally living.

šŸž The Lord’s Supper

We’ll also gather around the Lord’s Table to remember the body and blood of Jesus Christ. As we begin this series focused on our families, we’ll start where every Christian family must start—at the cross and the grace of Jesus.

šŸŽ¶ Worship With Us

Our worship band, led by Giulio Garner, will lead us in Praise, This Is Amazing Grace, How Great Is Our God, and At the Cross (Love Ran Red). Come ready to worship and ask God to begin something fresh in us and in our homes.

šŸ”„ Why It Matters

Parents create the spiritual environment where children learn what faith looks like. If we want revival in the next generation, we must first ask God to revive this generation—and our own hearts.

Memorial Family… THAT was a night! šŸ™ŒšŸ”„

Last night’s Ministry Fair Potluck was packed with great food, a lot of laughs, and some serious excitement about what God is doing at Memorial!

We rolled out our small groups, clubs, ministries, and opportunities to serve—and now it’s time to get in the game! There’s a place for everybody. A place to connect. A place to grow. And a place to use what God has given you to make a difference.

Thank you to EVERYONE who came out, brought food, visited the tables, asked questions, and made the night so much fun.

Alright Memorial… the table is set. The opportunities are there. Now let’s get to work! šŸ’Ŗ

🌟 Welcome to Memorial Baptist Church!

This Sunday, we conclude our summer journey through Philippians, ā€œJoy in Christ,ā€ with a message about something almost everyone wants but few people truly find—contentment. Paul discovered a secret that allowed him to have joy whether life was comfortable or difficult, and that same secret is available to us.

šŸŽ™ļø This Week’s Sermon: ā€œThe Secret of Contentmentā€

Pastor Dan will be preaching from Philippians 4:10–23. Paul tells us that contentment isn’t something that comes naturally—it has to be learned. Through seasons of having plenty and seasons of having little, Paul discovered that his strength, security, and satisfaction were ultimately found in Jesus Christ.

šŸŽ¶ Worship With Us

Our worship band, led by Giulio Garner, will lead us in Great in Power, Our God, At the Cross (Love Ran Red), and Good, Good Father. Together we’ll celebrate the God who is faithful in every season.

šŸ”„ Why It Matters

Contentment isn’t having everything we want—it’s trusting Christ with everything we have. Because Christ is enough, we can remain content through every change, live generously, and trust God to provide everything we truly need.

One of our favorite moments from Back to School Sunday! šŸŽ’ā¤ļø

We asked some of our kids what they’re most excited about as they head back to school—and their answers were sweet, funny, and absolutely priceless. 😊

We love these kids, and we’re praying that this school year is filled with new friendships, lots of learning, great memories, and plenty of opportunities for them to shine the light of Jesus wherever they go! šŸ™šŸ“šāœØ
