🌟 **Welcome to Memorial Baptist Church!**

This Sunday, we're continuing our **“7 Deadly Sins”** series with Week 4, and we're confronting a sin that can quietly steal our joy, damage relationships, and turn blessings into bitterness—**ENVY.** It's amazing how quickly we can lose sight of what God has given us when we're focused on what He's given someone else.

🎙️ **This Week's Sermon: “Envy”**

We're excited to have **Bro. Harris Noffsinger**, who has been faithfully leading our youth ministry, bringing God's Word this Sunday! He'll be preaching from *1 Samuel 18:5–11*, where King Saul's jealousy of David begins to consume him. **Envy keeps score, turns allies into threats, and allows bitterness to take root.** But God calls us to a better way—one marked by gratitude, humility, and genuine love for others.

🎶 **Worship With Us**

Our worship band, led by **Giulio Garner**, will lead us in *Everlasting God, This Is Our God, At the Cross (Love Ran Red),* and *Gratitude.* Come ready to worship the God whose goodness is more than enough!

🍞 **The Lord's Supper**

We'll also gather around the Lord's Table, led by **Mr. Riggs**, as we remember the sacrifice Jesus made for us. It's a beautiful opportunity to turn our attention away from ourselves and back to the Savior who gave everything for us.

This Sunday, we're continuing our **“7 Deadly Sins”** series with Week 3, and we're talking about a sin that our culture often celebrates but Jesus takes very seriously—**LUST.** It's a subject that can be uncomfortable to discuss, but one we desperately need to understand if we're going to live lives that honor Christ.

🎙️ This Week's Sermon: “Lust”

Pastor Dan will be preaching from *Matthew 5:27–30*, where Jesus challenges us to look beyond our outward actions and examine what's happening in our hearts. **Lust begins in the heart, demands radical removal, and carries devastating consequences.** Jesus isn't simply calling us to better behavior—He's calling us to purity that begins on the inside.

It’s Sunday!!!

What a great night at our Fellowship in the Fall! 🍂

A cool breeze, lots of good food, plenty of laughs, and just a great time hanging out together!

It was so much fun seeing everyone enjoying themselves, whether it was painting pumpkins, making s’mores, playing pickleball, or just sitting around talking.

We’re so thankful for our church family and the friendships we share. Nights like tonight are a good reminder that church is about more than just gathering on Sundays. It’s about doing life together!

Thanks to everyone who came out and especially to those who helped make tonight possible! We had a blast! ❤️

Bring your family and come spend the evening with us at Memorial Baptist Church for Fellowship in the Fall.

We’ll have free food and drinks, games, pumpkin painting, and a temporary tattoo station. If you want to paint a pumpkin, just bring one with you!

🎙️ **This Week’s Sermon: “Greed”**

Pastor Dan will be preaching from *Luke 12:13–21*, where Jesus tells the parable of a rich man who had everything he wanted but missed what mattered most. **Greed always wants more, but a life filled with possessions can still be empty without God.** Jesus challenges us to examine what we're living for and where we're storing our treasure.

We're especially excited to celebrate the baptism of **Rita Miller!** Rita has placed her faith in Jesus Christ, and today she's publicly declaring that her life belongs to Him! What a beautiful reminder that **Jesus is still saving lives and making people new!**
