If you attended the 11:00am mass this past Sunday, you heard the choir sing "If Ye Love Me", composed by Thomas Tallis sometime in between 1548 - 1550. Tallis was an English composer during the Tudor period in England, and his works occupy a primary place in sacred music. The readings for mass this past Sunday call us to love. We love by keeping the Lord's commandments, and loving each other as He loved us.

Today, the 9:00 Mass was extra special as one of our second grade students was Baptized and Confirmed, choosing St. Teresa of Avila for her Confirmation Saint. Look at her radiant joy and her love for Jesus! We are so happy for her and her family! Sunday, November 1st, at the 11:00 Mass we will have several more SPN student baptisms. Please join us in praying for these children and their families!
