It is with heavy hearts that we share that Sr. Elizabeth Hebert, SLW, has peacefully passed on to her heavenly reward.
While we will miss her deeply, we find comfort in knowing that she is now in the loving arms of Jesus, her suffering has ended, and she is at peace.
Sr. Elizabeth touched so many lives throughout her years at St. Edward. Her faith, love, kindness, and service left a lasting mark on our students, families, faculty, staff, and all who were blessed to know her.
Today, even through our sadness, we give thanks for a beautiful life well-lived and so generously shared with others. What a blessing Sr. Elizabeth has been to our St. Edward family, and what a legacy of faith and love she leaves behind.
Please join us in praying for Sr. Elizabeth and for all those who loved her. May we find comfort in knowing that the prayers we lifted for her have been answered in a way greater than we could have imagined.
Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace. Amen. 💛🙏
