What a fun and memorable last week of school for our First Grade class at Trinity Lutheran School! 🐥💚

Our students had the exciting opportunity to watch ducklings hatch right in our classroom! The joy, wonder, and excitement on their faces made this a learning experience they will never forget.

To wrap up the school year, our first graders also planted their very own garden bed. 🌱🌼 We can’t wait to watch it grow throughout the summer!

From caring for God’s creatures to planting and nurturing new life, our students were reminded of the many amazing blessings God gives us each day. What a wonderful way to end the school year!

✨ Faith Friday ✨

Bible Verse:
“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you..” – Ephesians 4:32

This week, take time as a family to talk about kindness. Kindness can be shown in simple ways — helping a sibling, encouraging a friend, saying thank you, or praying for someone who is hurting.

Jesus showed perfect kindness and love to everyone He met. Because of His love for us, we can share that same love with others each day.

Family Challenge:
Do one unexpected act of kindness for someone this weekend!

Prayer:
Dear Jesus, thank You for loving us and showing us kindness every day. Help us to share Your love with others through our words and actions. Amen. ❤️

Our 4K students got together with their 7th grade friends one last time on the last day of school! We enjoyed ice cream together and took a walk on the River Bend Trail.

Thank you to our 7th graders for being such amazing friends, leaders, and role models to the 4K students throughout the year. The friendships and memories made were so special!

Recently, our Intro to Marketing elective students were tasked with creating their very own product and learning how to market it!

Students worked hard to develop their ideas, design displays, and write persuasive pitches to present at our Marketing Expo for 2nd–8th graders. What an awesome hands-on learning experience that encouraged creativity, communication, and entrepreneurship!

This Memorial Day, we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. We honor their courage, dedication, and selfless love.

May we never forget the cost of freedom and may we continue to pray for our military members, veterans, and the families who carry both pride and loss in their hearts.

Our Kindergarten classroom has been full of excitement this past week — we had 19 chicks hatch! 🐣🐥

What an incredible hands-on learning opportunity for our students as they watched the life cycle unfold right before their eyes. From eggs to fluffy chicks, the students learned about growth, patience, responsibility, and God’s amazing creation.

The chicks quickly became the stars of the classroom, bringing smiles, curiosity, and lots of joyful moments for everyone! 💛
