Seven HBCUs. Three days. One bus. 🚌

Registration is now open for the 18th Annual Deacon Jessie R. Broom, Jr. Memorial HBCU College Tour — October 12–14, 2026.

We'll walk our students onto seven campuses across Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas: Jackson State, Tougaloo, Xavier University of Louisiana, Dillard, Southern, Wiley University, and Grambling State.

Since 2006, Castalia has been putting Memphis young people on college campuses — not to look at brochures, but to stand on the yard, meet admissions officers, and picture themselves there. Many of them come home knowing exactly where they're going.

Open to ALL students in grades 9–12. Church membership is not required. If you know a young person who needs this, send it to them.

💵 $175 members / $310 non-members, $50 deposit due with application

This year's tour is named in memory of Deacon Jessie R. Broom, Jr., who chaperoned and helped organize these trips. We ride in his memory. 🤎
