What’s better than a canned food drive? A surprise canned food drive! Our youth showed up tonight and found out it was a food drive. They couldn’t leave campus- they had to use their resources and get canned goods delivered! They showed up big! We had fun games along the way to earn even more points! Congrats to the seniors for the big win!

What better way to follow up a surprise canned food drive than a surprise post meeting Ben and Jerry’s visit?!

Over the past 3 weeks, nearly 150 youth have spent each Monday morning worshipping together during Mass and fellowshipping together after at breakfast. A huge thank you to Ben and Jessica Jagoe, Michael and Gina Aaron, and Michael and Allison Garibaldi for opening up their homes to our youth! Our senior high youth participated in the last GO Sunday of the school year tonight.
A GO Sunday is an opportunity for our youth and advisors to experience youth ministry off campus with their small groups. Our hope is to provide our small groups with an experience of faith mixed with fun and fellowship while bonding with their fellow small groups members and leaders.
Our call as youth ministers is to find uniquely different ways to evangelize our youth. This is in response to the Great Commission, “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations.”
