The Thelemic Holy Season is approaching!

March 20th marks the spring equinox, the start of the thelemic new year. This April also marks the 122nd year since the reception of the Book of the Law. The 22 days from March 20th through April 10th are informally celebrated as a Thelemic Holy Season. Instead of floats, parades, and beads; we celebrate via exegesis, hermeneutics, and deep deep study.

In a series of nightly meetings, members from around the US will read and discuss all of the Class A material and excerpt from the Class AB material in (roughly) chronological order. The online meetings begin at 8pm ET every night for 23 nights – starting on March 19th and running through April 10th.

Recent events in the broader Memphis spiritual community have raised understandable concerns regarding leadership accountability and the handling of sensitive matters. At Sapphire Current Camp, we feel it is important to restate our role and our responsibilities to our members, guests, and neighbors in the wider spiritual community.

We affirm without hesitation that abuse of any kind has no place in our spaces. Our commitment is to safeguard the rights, dignity, and liberty of every individual. The Law of Thelema is a law of freedom, not license: True Will cannot be realized through the violation of another’s will. Any act that infringes upon consent or compromises safety is a direct violation of our values.

We also recognize the importance of growth and learning. While accountability is essential, we believe in fostering opportunities for members to deepen their understanding of themselves and their responsibilities to the community. Respect, clarity, and truth are the foundations of fraternity. Our duty is to provide a space where all may explore and pursue their True Will in peace, supported by light, love, and liberty.
