For Sal LaMantia and Justin Sturkey, faith isn't something they leave behind when they put on a badge. It's at the heart of how they see their work, their community, and the people they're called to serve.
⁣
Through the Buck County Sheriff's SCOPE Unit, they work to bring hope to people facing homelessness, mental health challenges, addiction, and other difficult circumstances.
⁣
And even when the outcome isn't what they hoped for, they keep showing up.
⁣
Because hope matters. And for Sal and Justin, this isn't just a job. It's a calling.

Watch The Mass on Channel 6ABC celebrated by Fr. Bell & Fr. Kevin: 5:30 am on Channel 6

On August 9, our parishioners and choir members accompanied Father Bell and Father Kevin to the WPVI Channel 6 studio, where Father Bell and Father Kevin celebrated two Masses for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s weekly televised Sunday Mass. Our parishioners participated as the studio audience and enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of the studio and even had the opportunity to try their talents at the news desk and weather station!

Last Saturday, members of our Nature Walk ministry discovered God's provisions in nature. at Ridley Creek State Park during a beautiful morning of prayer, meditation, and plant exploration.

⁣It was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy God’s creation and discover the many ways He provides for us through nature.
