Thank you Fr. Guest for leading a recent pilgrimage to the Shrines of Poland where pilgrims visited various holy sites including St. Faustina's hometown where Jesus appeared to her with the message of Divine Mercy; along with a visit to Gietrzwald, a village made famous by the approved Marian apparitions that took place in 1877 when Our Lady appeared to two young girls, calling for prayer and conversion; followed by a visit to the residence of St. John Paul II while he was living in Krakow; as well as a visit to Niepokalanow, the "City of Immaculate," founded by St. Maximilian Kolbe; along with a visit to Czestochowa, Poland's spiritual capital. Each day was celebrated with Mass, recitation of Rosary and Chaplet of Divine Mercy.

A heartfelt gratitude to everyone who came out to support our parish picnic on Saturday. Even a little rain could not stop us from gathering as a community, and we're still amazed that the rain stopped right at 11 am—just in time for the festivities. The picnic was a tremendous success thanks to the efforts of so many! Thank you Fr. Guest and Fr. Carroll for hosting us. Special shoutouts to our Knights of Columbus for grilling and tending the bar all day, Care for Creation team for their composting efforts, Youth Ministry for entertaining the youth (and adults) with games and music, our Religious Education Ministry for facilitating the popular game of Bingo, our Parish Picnic Committee for planning/coordinating the overall picnic efforts and many volunteers. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our generous sponsors for making it all possible. Your spirit of generosity, enthusiasm and togetherness are truly what make our parish community so special. May God bless you all!
