Today is the National Day of Prayer, a reminder that prayer doesn’t have to be polished or perfect, just honest. In a world full of noise, taking even a few quiet moments to seek God’s wisdom, peace, and strength still matters.

Please see Ms. Melissa for details on the Saturday workday.

Growing Class is at 5:30 tonight, downstairs.
Please read the
Parable of the Ten Virgins (Matthew 25:1-13) The Sheep and the Goats (Matthew 25:31-46)
We will also revisit the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14-30) that John shared at our last meeting.
These all tie together!
Questions we will discuss:
1. Which of the warnings feels most relevant today: false readiness, passivity, or lack of visible fruit? Why?
2. If someone were to examine your life, which of the three parables would be the most evident, and which might be lacking?
3. How does the oil in a 10 virgins parable show up, practically in the lives of the sheep?
4. What does “I do not know you” reveal about the difference between belief and relationship ?

Saw this clip on my feed this morning and it was a wake up call.

“The Man on the middle cross said I could come.”

Someday, we will stand before Him. Not polished, not qualified, not finally “good enough.” Just… invited.

If I make this life about what I do for God, and not what He did for me I’ve already missed the mark.

It doesn’t matter that I’m at church every Sunday, or how many outreaches I attend, or how much Scripture I post on social media with my own likeness. He knows our heart and our motivation, regardless what the world sees.

I won’t arrive in paradise because I earned anything.
I’ll be there because He finished everything.
The Man on the middle cross said I could come… and thankfully, He didn’t ask for my résumé on the way in.
