The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate 16-year-old Yazmine Melton.

Yazmine was last seen today, 08/25/2026 at approximately 1:30 p.m. at McCormick’s Grocery & Grill on Kirkley Road in Jefferson, South Carolina.

She was last seen wearing:
• Black shirt with smiley faces on the back
• Blue jeans
• Black shoes

Anyone who has seen Yazmine or has information regarding her current location is asked to contact the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office.
