***Check Customer Valves and Conserve Water***
With colder weather approaching in the next couple of days,
The Water District asks that you check all customer valves near the meter and make sure they are properly working in case of freezing temperatures that may break any pipes. If the valves are not turning off the water completely, we ask that you contact us to temporarily shut it off so you can change out your valves. Please do not try to attempt to turn water meter off yourself, as they can break and there will be a tampering fee. If you have any questions, please contact the office @ 337-898-8345. Thank You!!
