A Liturgy of the Word will be followed by Civic Ceremony. Local religious clergy will meet state leaders to proclaim liberty throughout the land.
In this time of our country’s 250th Anniversary, we hope to reflect, remember, review, and renew our dedication to the spiritual values that founded this nation.
Selected readings from The Declaration of Independence will be recited.
The Knights of Columbus Post # 4621 will post colors and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and the Bible.
The Women’s Missionary Society will provide an inclusion for the American Story about Evangelist Reverend Mary Sterling.
