🔥 What if this year could change the trajectory of a teenager’s life—and yours?

We’re looking for 10 interns to join Greater Iowa Youth For Christ for the 2026–27 ministry year, and right now, we’re still looking for the right people to fill the spots!

This isn’t just an internship where you sit in an office, check boxes, and watch someone else do ministry.

You’ll get to show up for teenagers.
You’ll build real relationships.
You’ll laugh a lot.
You’ll probably get a little messy.
You’ll have hard conversations.
You’ll learn what it means to love people well.
And you’ll get to share Jesus with young people who may not have a church background.

You’ll be part of a team that believes every teenager is worth knowing, worth loving, and worth showing up for.

Whether you stop in, place an online order, call in an order, or even order through DoorDash, 50% of your purchase will be donated back to Youth For Christ when you let the staff know you’re participating in the fundraiser.

Our Mason City Vision Dinner was the final stop of our seven Vision Dinners this year, and what a beautiful way to finish! We were grateful to welcome 241 people to the Mason City Arena for an evening of connection, inspiration, and celebration.

It was especially meaningful to be back where Greater Iowa Youth for Christ first began, surrounded by ministry partners, supporters, and friends—many of whom have been part of the mission since the very beginning. Together, we shared stories of what God is doing through the ministry, celebrated His faithfulness, and explored ways to continue reaching young people in our communities.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to invest in this mission. It was a wonderful evening, and we are excited to see all that God will do in the year ahead!

What a fantastic Middle School Campus Life Beach Day! ☀️🏖️

With four boats on the water, watermelon, football, a sandcastle contest, and more hot dogs than we could count, it was an afternoon full of laughter, fun, and unforgettable memories.

Thank you to our incredible boat drivers and all of the staff and volunteers who gave their time and energy to make this special day possible. Your generosity helped turn an ordinary afternoon into a lasting memory for our students. We are so grateful for each of you! ❤️

We are still reflecting on what an incredible evening we shared together on May 8th at the West Des Moines Marriott. With more than 250 people in attendance, the room was filled with encouragement, meaningful connections, and a shared passion for impacting the lives of young people.

It was a privilege to gather with ministry partners, learn more about the work God is doing through the ministry, hear inspiring stories of transformed lives, and explore ways we can continue partnering together to make an even greater impact. Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, volunteered, and invested in this event. Your generosity, encouragement, and commitment to the mission make all the difference. We are so grateful for this amazing community and look forward to all that is ahead!
