My (Mary) sister just called. Her son, who has colon cancer, was taken to the ER. He is vomiting blood. Please pray for a complete healing.

We just found out that Jim’s uncle passed today. Please be in prayer for his family. This has been the 3rd death this month.

Linda passed away about 5 minutes ago.

Update on Linda: She made it through the night. The doctor said she’s too sick for the surgery. Her body is shutting down right now & she’s no longer coherent.n. That said, the Lord has the last word on this.

Jim’s sister has been in liver failure for a while & on the transplant list. She wasn’t feeling well & the doctors said it is critical. Her colon has died & she’s septic. They don’t think she will survive the night, or the surgery to help things along. Please keep all of us in prayer.

Update on my friend's previous request:

We didn’t get very encouraging news from the ortho follow up yesterday. Another 4 weeks of non weight-bearing. We need Medicare to approve extension of her care at nursing/rehab. We need guidance on when and what to tell The Lodge about her current independent living apt which she will not be able to return to.

And my sister requests urgent and fervent prayer for a situation that needs “Gods mercy, grace and favor. That the devils schemes will be repelled”

The owner of the business I work at has cirrhosis of the liver. It is a genetic thing. She just found out about this within the last year. This last weekend she started to retain fluid. It looks like she will be sent up to Mayo Clinic, where her records are. They are looking at a transplant.

Please join me in praying for a God intervention.

This is a woman I toured with in my college singing group.

My Facebook friends and family:
I am going to be fairly blunt in my post today. Please don’t be offended.

I am in need of sincere, serious prayer. In January of this year I was admitted to the hospital for severe asthma. Since then, i have been hospitalized 5 times and am currently in the hospital again. I am still being treated for asthma. I have also developed blood clots in both legs and fractured my back in several places. I can no longer stand up or walk without assistance and tremendous pain.

The need right at this moment is getting further care. I have used all of my rehab days and may not qualify for long term care . Additional rehab copay would cost $200 per day!

I need sincere prayer warriors who will stand with me asking God to open a door where there seems to be none. If you feel comfortable, please post your prayers. They are so encouraging and a reminder that nothing is impossible for God!

“Friends I don’t even know - please lift up my Mom Judy. She fell when both femurs spontaneously broke. Trauma surgery to fix. She’s 84. My sister and I both live out of town and are here now (Ohio). We need prayer over ourselves for ultimate mind/body/spirit strength in this. For Mom - bravery and tenacity to try and walk and get strong. Her muscle mass is not good. For her to be accepted to the best rehab facility for not only her recovery but the ability to stay in her current living facility. And for me - neurological stability in the midst of extreme stress. Bless you all and thank you all. In the Name of Jesus!”
