Agree to disagree. I believe we should be careful with the statement, “You don’t have to give the Most High glory when you are the glory.”

We are not the source of the glory; we are vessels through which His glory can be revealed. The Most High is the Creator, the giver of life, breath, wisdom, gifts, and purpose. Whatever light we carry ultimately comes from Him.

Giving the Most High glory does not diminish who we are. In fact, it reminds us of who we are and where we came from. We can walk confidently in our identity while remaining humble enough to acknowledge the One who created us.

Scripture says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16

So for me, it’s not about choosing between recognizing our own worth and giving glory to the Most High. We can do both because our worth comes from Him.

Let us continue studying the Word of the Most High and searching the Scriptures for ourselves, because “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” — Psalm 119:105
