There have been some Sundays where I just wanted to stay home and rest. After experiencing a rough and overwhelming week, I just wanted to sleep in. Suddenly, I was reminded of where God has brought me from and through. When we think about His goodness thus far and understand that He is not done with us yet, we can't allow the bed to hold us captive on Sunday morning. Let's go to church! He has been too good.

In those moments where all we see is trouble, pray. Anything that we don't not take captive of the devil will take it over. As believers, there are more for us than there are against us. To experience what God has already added, we must keep on keeping on.

Our biggest enemy is not flesh and blood. Our biggest enemy is fear, doubt, and loss of identity. This is why we must involve God in everything upfront instead of running to Him as a last and final option. It's Sunday! Let's go to church to honor and praise the one who never leaves.

What we go through is not where we reside. We cannot let our feelings be the driving force of our actions. In times of trouble, it is so easy to say how we feel, but we must continue to speak God's truth. God is faithful. If we look to Him, He will cause us to rise above our feelings and see the greater in our situation. All it takes is a one word experience from God to change our lives forever.

According to God's word, death and life is in the power of the tongue. His word also states in Genesis 1:26 that we have dominion over the earth. When we began to see the devil running rampant through our homes, family, and community, it is with purpose and on purpose that we will be mindful of what we say. We will gather to touch and agree on the word of God while casting down every plot of the enemy. It's Sunday! We have the right to go to church and declare the word of the Lord.

From generation to generation, there is a standing offer of salvation through Jesus Christ. The same Grace (Jesus) that saved Paul the Apostle saved us. Be intentional in spreading the good news. The generations after us is counting on it. Jesus died to reconcile us all back to God.

We serve an all knowing God that has promised to arrange every situation to work to the good for those who love Him. Stay encouraged and don't waste valuable time on measuring the performance of others. We were created to worship and pray. Intentionally stand in the gap for someone who isn't quite where they need to be. For it is this type of response that will bring fruition to the declaration that everything attached to me wins.

Even before we knew God, He knew us. As we move continously forward, the facts concerning us will transform and vary. The truth about God will remain constant through it all. Because we live in the disposition of grace, it will never be about our goodness. It's all about His goodness (grace & mercy). Thank you, God, for the Truth (Jesus)! For the truth always march on.

When you're going through your list of people and things to pray for, be sure YOU are on the list. God size problems require God.
