Martinsburg Mennonite Church was founded in 1790 by settlers from Eastern Pennsylvania and Virginia. MMC is a traditional congregation with a commitment to maintaining a strong Anabaptist identity. We celebrate the Mennonite distinctives of community, peace and justice-making and following Christ in all of life. Forgiveness. Tough concept given the memorials of past tragedies that happened this past week. And we all have family or friends or co-workers that have hurt us. As Christians, how do we deal with these? Jesus gives some guidance in Matthew 18 and hearing the forgiveness story of Corrie Ten Boom can really be encouraging.
Not sure who needs to hear this now, but forgiveness, peace, and healing are possible with God's grace. Check out the service and sermon to hear more. God bless!

Because we have all received God's grace, we are called to extend that grace to one another. “Building Bridges” looks at how we can respond to broken relationships with humility, forgiveness, and a desire for restoration.
