It may seem like just a meal, but it’s so much more.

Around the table, walls come down. Conversations begin. Friendships grow. Students find belonging, encouragement, and a place where they are known and loved.

We’re so grateful to Marlborough for generously providing this week’s dinner for our youth group. Your kindness did more than feed hungry teenagers—it helped create space for community, discipleship, and moments that can have a lasting impact.

Thank you for investing in the next generation. We appreciate your partnership in helping make Thursday nights so special.

Have you ever felt like God’s promises were taking longer than expected?

Noah waited. Abraham waited. Joseph waited. David waited.

The gap between the promise and the fulfillment is often where God grows our faith, deepens our trust, and prepares us for what He has ahead.

Just because there’s a delay doesn’t mean God has abandoned the destination. He is still working, still guiding, and still faithful to complete what He has begun.

If you’re in a season of waiting, take heart:
✨ A delay is not a denial.
✨ God knows the plans He has for you.
✨ He finishes what He starts.

Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep moving forward in faith. 🙏

Today we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, spiritual fathers, and father figures who faithfully love, lead, provide, and point others toward Christ. 💙

Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the prayers you pray, and the example you set. Your impact reaches far beyond what you can see.

We also recognize that Father’s Day can be difficult for some. Whether you’re missing your dad, longing to be a father, or walking through a complicated season, we pray that you would experience the comfort and love of our Heavenly Father today.

WHY DO WE PRAY?

Prayer is how we connect with God and build a relationship with Him. Prayer reminds us that we have a loving Father who listens to every cry, concern, and praise. "Call to Me, and I will answer you." — Jeremiah 33:3 We were never meant to carry life's burdens alone. Prayer invites God's peace, wisdom, and strength into our circumstances. "My grace is sufficient for you." — 2 Corinthians 12:9 As we spend time with God, He transforms our hearts, renews our minds, and aligns us with His will. "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." — Romans 12:2
God calls us to stand in the gap for our families, friends, communities, and even those who don't yet know Him. "Pray for one another." — James 5:16 Prayer opens the door for God to work in powerful ways. It deepens our faith, draws us closer to Him, and reminds us that nothing is impossible with God.

Pray first. Trust always. Don't Stop Praying!
