“Me and Mom Fall 1991.
A few months after I started attending Tree Of Life Ministries, to shut my mom up, lol (Formerly, Freedom Assembly Of God), at the Alexandria Lions Club.
What a lost and hurting soul I was back then.
Damaged, abused, broken, and angry. He chose to love me when I was unloveable and wanted to make others hurt as much as I was hurting inside. He saw something in me I couldn’t see in myself, and taught me to trust HIM. Trusting people still doesn’t come easy for me, but I’m working on it.
The Lord has done MANY amazing things in my life. And I am so grateful that He NEVER gave up on me. Even when I gave up on myself.
God’s grace, and forgiveness I could never repay.
I’m nowhere near where I need to be, but so glad that I’m not back where I used to be. One day at a time sweet Jesus.”
